The nougat 888 name, logo, brand identity, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use nougat 888 trademarks, service marks, trade names, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from the platform operator. Unauthorised use of nougat 888 intellectual property — including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

If you disagree with any change, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the change takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the nougat 888 platform shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the platform operates. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by an independent arbitrator agreed between both parties, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
